Dr Aabha Kalro is a General Paediatrician with special interest in neonatal care, paediatric acute
care and paediatric cardiology. Aabha began practicing in Australia in 2007 after completing postgraduate paediatric training in India. She gained further experience in neonatal care for two years at the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Nepean Hospital which carters for the Sydney West area health service.
She completed her paediatric training at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital, Adelaide and the Royal Darwin Hospital. She had an opportunity to work as a part of the paediatric cardiology team in Darwin and received echocardiography training. As well as acute medicine, Aabha is also interested in public health and has completed a research project on prevalence of fetal growth restriction in the Northern Territory.
